Variables
Localisation fund = monies contributed by merging parties into a specific fund for localisation initiatives.

Supplier Development Fund = fund established specifically to develop suppliers.

Number of workers covered by ESOP = number of workers qualifying to benefit from the ESOP once established.

Value of worker equity = ESOP value (see Values section above).

Other Localisation commitments = commitments to localisation that are not part of a localisation fund.

Procurement commitments = commitments to increase procurement from either local, historically disadvantaged (HDP) or SMME suppliers.

Investment commitments = includes all investments such as capex, opex, supplier development, enterprise development etc.

Training / Skills development = commitments towards educational or skills expenditure.

HDP transaction = value of transaction to sell equity at a merging firm, to one or more HDPs.

Significant cases = All cases highlighted in yellow are significant cases in terms of commitments.
